Complete the Student Success Request Portal and select Disability Services / Accessibility Support.

Briefly explain the type of support or accommodation you are requesting.

AITU Student Success Services will review the request and follow up with next steps.

If approved, support options will be discussed based on the student’s needs, course requirements, and available resources.

Students who need disability-related support, accessibility assistance, or academic accommodations can submit a request through the Student Success Request Portal.
