Adherence to Academic Integrity
AITU requires its students to adhere to the highest possible levels of academic honesty. In doing so, learners should ensure their submitted work is original; properly cite any references used; avoid plagiarism; refrain from cheating; and avoid other forms of academic dishonesty.
Responsibility and Accountability
Learners attending AITU are entitled to a learning environment based upon fairness, dignity and respect. Learners attending AITU are also required to comply with the university’s policies; act in a responsible manner; and make positive contributions toward the academic community.
Protection of Privacy & Handling of Personal Data
AITU considers the protection of student personal data and educational records to be extremely important. Therefore, AITU commits itself to acting professionally in regards to handling learner personal data, while ensuring compliance with the necessary polices to maintain confidentiality; protect security; and foster trust.
